Cross over drill into athletic base position. Dropping center of mass – COM. Deceleration. The skill of movement. @n.rodriguez.coach & I spoke a lot about this post-course. What it means to train movement. It’s not about strength. What are the positive & patterns people need to own? Even elderly when they trip what will allow them to catch themselves? How can an athlete change direction? Do they have the skill to keep their COM over their BOS? These positions a tennis player or runner needs can be rehearsed – assessed, analyzed & intervened on.
